Women’s Day 2025
Each year for The International Women’s Day I invite a collaborator to work with me on an animated piece to support a danish organisation that I believe is doing important work within women’s rights and gender equality.
This year, I teamed up with talented illustrator and motion designer Stine Larsen to create a piece for the organisation Ditto Ditto who works to promote gender equality and challenge harmful norms.
The project was a collaboration where creative direction was shared, Stine developed the illustrations and I handled the animation and sound design.
The vision
With an intention to highlight the fact, that there's still a LOT to fight for, the vision with the animation was to give an insight in how women’s rights are continuously being taken away across the world.
The film captures only a small selection from the extensive list of examples, curated by Ditto Ditto.
